- Marketing Package:
- The marketing package includes professional photography, online advertising, listing on major real estate portals, a property signboard, and other marketing services as detailed in the exclusive agency agreement.
- The Company reserves the right to determine the specific marketing strategy for each property.

- Payment Terms:
- The marketing costs will be covered by Realty Assist and paid to RE/MAX Advanced as soon as the client has chosen their payment option through the Realty Assist Portal.
- The marketing invoice must be processed through Realty Assist. The property will not go live until the Company receives confirmation from Realty Assist that the client has chosen their payment option through the Realty Assist Portal.
- The marketing costs will be covered by Realty Assist and paid to RE/MAX Advanced as soon as the client has chosen their payment option through the Realty Assist Portal.
- Duration of Promotion:
- The Promotion commences on 1st November 2024 and concludes on 31st January 2025. Properties must be listed within this period to qualify.
